Counterfeit and unreadable Fildena-like packs break the assumption that you took sildenafil 100 mg. The tablet might be 100 mg sildenafil, 50 mg, tadalafil, a 100/20 combo, or nothing useful. Guessing 24 hours versus 48 hours in an ambulance is how a spray gets offered on the wrong leftover.
Do not swallow to see if vision tints blue. That is not chromatography.
Do not add wine or a soak as a quality test.
